How can we ensure prosperity in South Tyrol?

Demographic change is one of the greatest challenges of our time, which will shape our society in the coming years and, if not addressed in a timely manner, will also seriously endanger the prosperity in South Tyrol. Using serveral scenarios, the IER – Institute for Economic Research of the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano/Bozen has analysed the effects of demographic change on prosperity in South Tyrol in 2050 and possible solutions.
